RubberFry is a one-stop-shop for eco-friendly, reusable, and pure silicone household products, started by a normal man from Mumbai who was always fascinated by how startups and businesses operated. Taher Dhanerwala is the founder of RubberFry, which is quickly gaining traction as a viable alternative to plastic in everyday household applications.
Taher comes from a family that operated a modest silicone goods business in Mumbai, but he wanted to add an online component to the company. Taher, on the other hand, intended to give the company an online edge.

Taher, a B.Com graduate of the University of Mumbai, understood he wanted to start something fresh that would help society as a whole. He worked in the Customer Service and Operations departments of numerous firms before entering the business world full-time. Taher saw an opportunity to move the small business totally online after working for companies like Pharmeasy, and he decided to launch Rubberfy in 2021. He became more conscious of the demands and desires of customers as a result of his work experience.
According to his market study, a big portion of the Indian populace is increasingly using harmful and low-quality household accessories. He analyzed that plastic and comparable items are used to make the majority of the kitchen, bathing, and infant supplies. That’s when RubberFry came into the picture.

Taher has begun implementing plans to reach out to more untapped clients, thanks to a big market and few competition. Taher wants to expand his customer base beyond housewives because his brand caters to a predominantly female population.
With Rubberfy, his goal is to conquer the domestic product market while also educating the Indian population on how to live a greener lifestyle.
