Success means something different to everyone. For Jeff J. Cunningham, success has never been measured solely by revenue or recognition. Instead, it has been about creating meaningful impact, inspiring people to pursue their dreams, and helping entrepreneurs discover their true potential.

As the founder of Changing Lives Consulting, Jeff has spent years coaching entrepreneurs, speaking on stages, hosting podcasts, and building businesses centered around purpose. His journey has taken him from teaching classrooms and working in hospitality to advising executives, building brands, and preparing to launch his highly anticipated book, My Dreams Keep Me Awake.

In this exclusive conversation with Vanity Stardom Magazine, Jeff opens up about the experiences that shaped his entrepreneurial journey, the lessons learned through adversity, and the vision that continues to drive him every day.

Vanity Stardom: Please introduce yourself to our readers.

Jeff J. Cunningham: My name is Jeff J. Cunningham, although many people know me online as Jeff The Entrepreneur. I’m an entrepreneur, author, speaker, podcast host, and the founder of Changing Lives Consulting. Everything I do revolves around one mission—to inspire people to pursue their dreams regardless of where they currently are in life.

Whether I’m coaching entrepreneurs, speaking at events, hosting podcasts, or writing books, my goal is always the same: helping people build businesses with purpose while becoming the best version of themselves.

One message has guided me throughout my life: your circumstances never determine your future. Through consulting, media, live events, and my upcoming book My Dreams Keep Me Awake, I hope to encourage people to keep growing personally and professionally while believing that anything is possible with faith, persistence, and consistent action.

Vanity Stardom: What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?

Jeff J. Cunningham: Looking back, I think entrepreneurship became part of my life long before I understood what being an entrepreneur actually meant.

One of my earliest memories is running a lemonade stand in Hamden, Connecticut. My mother told me that if I could make more than $25 in a day, I could continue doing it. By the end of that day, I had earned $83, and to a young kid, that felt like an incredible achievement. More importantly, it taught me something far greater than making money—it introduced me to the concept of creating value.

Years later, my older brother reminded me of that lemonade stand when he invited me to build a business alongside him. That conversation made me realize I had been developing entrepreneurial skills my entire life without recognizing it. Whether I was selling phones, building websites using HTML, teaching students, or creating lesson plans, I was constantly learning how to solve problems and serve people.

A major turning point came when I sold my first coaching session for $250. During that conversation, I suggested that a client improve his personal branding by changing his username online. He challenged me to do the same, and that was the day Jeff The Entrepreneur was born. Looking back, that small decision became one of the biggest turning points in my career. Since then, people have continued reaching out every day seeking guidance, mentorship, and business advice, confirming that this was the path I was meant to follow.

Vanity Stardom: Can you share your entrepreneurial journey—from where you started to where you are today?

Jeff J. Cunningham: Entrepreneurship has always been exactly what people say it is—a journey. It isn’t something you complete. Every stage teaches you something new.

Growing up, I always believed I was meant to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Throughout my childhood, my ambitions changed constantly. At one point, I wanted to become a politician because I enjoyed learning about leadership and public service. Later, I dreamed of becoming a lawyer because I loved debating ideas and using my voice. Eventually, I became a teacher because I realized that helping people grow gave me genuine fulfillment.

One of the biggest lessons in my life came through sports. Although I had never played organized high school football, I decided to try out for a semi-professional football team. Most people thought it was unrealistic, but I earned the opportunity to become a starting quarterback. That experience changed the way I viewed leadership forever.

Playing quarterback wasn’t simply about throwing passes—it was about bringing people together, earning trust, adapting when plans changed, and helping everyone perform at their highest level. Years later, I realized those same leadership principles applied directly to business consulting.

Whenever companies invited me to consult with them, I approached each organization much like a quarterback approaches a football team. My role wasn’t to take over—it was to understand the strengths of every individual, build alignment, improve communication, and help everyone work toward a common goal.

Another chapter that shaped me was hospitality. I spent years working in restaurants, beginning as a dishwasher and busboy before eventually becoming a server and bartender. Hospitality taught me something that no business school ever could—how to genuinely connect with people. Remembering names, listening carefully, creating memorable experiences, and serving others became skills that later translated directly into entrepreneurship.

Some of my earliest consulting opportunities happened almost by accident. I remember sketching business ideas on napkins while speaking with restaurant guests. Those casual conversations eventually turned into paid consulting engagements, showing me that people were willing to invest in ideas when they believed those ideas could help transform their businesses.

Every chapter—from education and hospitality to sports and consulting—prepared me for what I do today through Changing Lives Consulting. Looking back, every experience had a purpose, even if I couldn’t see it at the time.

Vanity Stardom: Every entrepreneur faces setbacks. What has been one of the biggest challenges you’ve experienced, and how did you overcome it?

Jeff J. Cunningham: Entrepreneurship has taught me that success is rarely a straight line.

One of the most difficult moments came while I was in Colombia. I remember opening my business accounts and seeing zero balances across every account. At the same time, I had employees depending on me, payroll responsibilities, and clients expecting results.

From the outside, everything looked successful. Internally, I was questioning whether I was even supposed to continue.

I prayed and simply asked God for direction. Around that same period, something remarkable happened. Multiple people—completely independent of one another—shared the exact same Bible verse with me: Jeremiah 29:11.

The verse speaks about God’s plans to prosper us and give us hope and a future.

At first, I thought it was merely coincidence. Then another person mentioned it. Later that same day, someone else referenced it again. It happened repeatedly until I finally understood that I needed to stop relying solely on my own understanding and trust God’s plan.

Shortly afterward, everything began changing. A previous client purchased a new consulting program. Another client helped me travel to Los Angeles for a speaking engagement. Soon after, a new client invested in a major branding project.

Looking back, that season reminded me that faith often grows strongest during uncertainty. Those experiences didn’t simply improve my business—they transformed my perspective on leadership, trust, and purpose. Many of those lessons are now reflected throughout my upcoming book, My Dreams Keep Me Awake.

Vanity Stardom: Who has been your greatest inspiration throughout your personal and professional life?

Jeff J. Cunningham: Without hesitation, I would say my father.

Ever since I was young, he believed in me long before many other people did. Whether I wanted to become a quarterback, entrepreneur, speaker, or pursue another ambitious goal, he consistently encouraged me with three simple words: “You’re the best.”

Those words gave me confidence during moments when I doubted myself.

He was also the person who first introduced me to personal development by showing me motivational speakers and encouraging me to continue learning. Looking back, many of the opportunities I’ve experienced began because my parents created an environment where dreaming big was never discouraged.

Beyond my family, I’ve been inspired by individuals who dedicated their lives to serving others. Mother Teresa demonstrated what selfless service truly looks like. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. showed the importance of courage and vision. Gary Vaynerchuk challenged entrepreneurs to define success by happiness rather than status. More recently, I’ve admired people willing to stand firmly for their values while encouraging meaningful conversations.

Ultimately, however, my greatest inspiration has always come from faith. Every opportunity, every lesson, every setback, and every breakthrough has reinforced my belief that when you remain committed to serving others and trust God’s timing, remarkable things can happen.

Vanity Stardom: Your story behind Kokomo Jay’s is deeply personal. Can you tell us about your brother, your shared dream, and what inspired you to honor his legacy through this vision?

Jeff J. Cunningham: Kokomo Jay’s is far more than a business idea—it represents one of the most personal chapters of my life.

My brother, Jay, was someone I deeply admired. He believed in me long before many others did and constantly encouraged me to think bigger. We shared countless conversations about business, entrepreneurship, and the future we hoped to build together.

When he unexpectedly passed away due to fentanyl, it changed my life forever. Shortly afterward, I found the goals and dreams he had written down, and I made a promise to myself that those dreams wouldn’t disappear with him.

That’s where the vision for Kokomo Jay’s truly began.

While many people may eventually see it as a coffee shop, podcast studio, or creative space, I see something much bigger. I envision a place where entrepreneurs, creators, families, and communities come together to share ideas, encourage one another, and build meaningful relationships.

The mission has never simply been about serving coffee. It’s about creating an environment where people leave feeling inspired, supported, and reminded that someone genuinely believes in them.

Today, that vision continues to motivate everything I do, and my upcoming book, My Dreams Keep Me Awake, carries many of the lessons my brother unknowingly inspired.

Vanity Stardom: What does Kokomo Jay’s represent beyond being a coffee shop or studio concept?

Jeff J. Cunningham: To me, Kokomo Jay’s represents community.

I’ve spent years watching entrepreneurs meet inside cafés, restaurants, and creative spaces where one conversation can completely change someone’s future.

I love meaningful conversations. I enjoy hearing people’s stories, discussing business, debating ideas, and learning from different perspectives. That’s exactly what I hope Kokomo Jay’s becomes—a place where those conversations happen naturally every single day.

I’m inspired by companies that have successfully built communities rather than simply businesses. That’s why I see Kokomo Jay’s becoming much more than a physical location. I envision it as a destination for podcasting, entrepreneurship, mentorship, education, and genuine human connection.

When people walk through those doors one day, I want them to leave feeling more encouraged than when they arrived.

Vanity Stardom: What kind of impact do you hope Kokomo Jay’s will have on the community?

Jeff J. Cunningham: My greatest hope is that it genuinely changes lives.

Success isn’t simply measured by how many customers walk through the door. It’s measured by how many people leave believing more in themselves than they did before they entered.

I want Kokomo Jay’s to become a place where entrepreneurs find encouragement, families build stronger relationships, young people discover purpose, and individuals realize that their past doesn’t define their future.

Faith is also an important part of my life, so I hope the business reflects values like integrity, kindness, generosity, and service.

If someone walks into Kokomo Jay’s feeling discouraged and leaves with renewed hope, then we’ve accomplished something far greater than making a sale.

Vanity Stardom: Tell us about Changing Lives Consulting. What inspired its creation, and what makes it different?

Jeff J. Cunningham: The name “Changing Lives Consulting” actually came from something very simple.

Years ago, while teaching at a behavioral middle school, one of my students watched me encourage another student who was having a difficult day. Afterward, he smiled, gave me a high five, and said, “We’re changing lives.”

That moment stayed with me.

Later, as I began coaching entrepreneurs, I noticed something interesting. After consulting sessions, clients would often tell me, “That conversation changed my life.”

Eventually, I realized that wasn’t just feedback—it was the purpose behind everything I was doing.

Although many people initially viewed us as a marketing consulting company, I see Changing Lives Consulting as much more than that. We certainly help businesses grow, but our real focus is helping people become stronger leaders, better communicators, and more confident entrepreneurs.

Business growth starts with personal growth, and that’s the philosophy behind everything we do.

Vanity Stardom: What services does Changing Lives Consulting provide today?

Jeff J. Cunningham: At its core, we’re a business growth and consulting company.

Over the years, we’ve helped entrepreneurs with marketing strategy, copywriting, branding, webinars, leadership development, storytelling, sales systems, and business consulting.

Interestingly, one of the things I’ve consistently been hired for is copywriting. Whether it’s reviewing advertisements, improving messaging, or helping companies communicate more effectively, I’ve learned that words have the power to transform businesses.

As technology continues evolving, we’re also helping clients leverage artificial intelligence more effectively. AI is changing the way businesses operate, and part of our role is helping entrepreneurs use these tools strategically while still maintaining authentic communication.

Ultimately, regardless of the service we’re providing, our objective remains the same—to help entrepreneurs build stronger businesses while creating lasting impact.

Vanity Stardom: What has been the biggest milestone for Changing Lives Consulting so far?

Jeff J. Cunningham: It’s difficult to point to just one milestone because every stage has represented growth, but one of the moments I’m most proud of is seeing clients transform their businesses after implementing the strategies we developed together.

I still remember when I started with $250 coaching sessions, simply sharing what I had learned through experience. Over time, those conversations evolved into premium consulting engagements, long-term partnerships, and opportunities to help businesses completely restructure their marketing, leadership, and sales systems.

One particularly rewarding experience was working with clients who invested in our webinar and community-building strategies and went on to generate remarkable business growth. Watching entrepreneurs gain confidence, scale their companies, and achieve results they once thought were impossible is far more rewarding than any contract value.

Personally, another unforgettable milestone was being flown to Los Angeles to work with a company that believed in my vision enough to trust me with a major consulting engagement. Experiences like that remind me how far the journey has come—from coaching individuals over coffee to advising organizations on a much larger scale.

For me, the greatest achievement isn’t simply revenue. It’s knowing that the work we do genuinely creates lasting change for the people we serve.

Vanity Stardom: What leadership principles guide the way you manage your team?

Jeff J. Cunningham: Leadership, in my opinion, begins with respect.

One principle I’ve always believed in is “Praise in public, correct in private.” Public recognition builds confidence and motivates people, while private conversations preserve dignity and strengthen trust. Great leaders don’t embarrass their teams—they develop them.

I also believe culture is one of the most valuable assets a company can build. Negativity spreads quickly, which is why I intentionally encourage optimism, gratitude, and solution-oriented thinking within every team I work with.

Transparency is equally important. I want people to understand the mission we’re working toward, not simply complete tasks. When employees understand the purpose behind their work, they naturally become more engaged and invested in the outcome.

At the end of the day, leadership isn’t about authority—it’s about serving people well enough that they willingly choose to follow your vision.

Vanity Stardom: What qualities do you believe every entrepreneur should develop in today’s business environment?

Jeff J. Cunningham: Two qualities stand above everything else: empathy and financial awareness.

Entrepreneurs often become so focused on growth that they overlook the importance of understanding their numbers. Knowing your revenue, expenses, profit margins, and cash flow is essential because those figures ultimately determine the health of your business.

At the same time, business is still about people.

No matter how advanced technology becomes, entrepreneurs who genuinely care about their clients and employees will always stand out. Empathy builds trust, strengthens relationships, and creates loyal communities around a brand.

I’ve learned that sustainable businesses aren’t built solely through great marketing—they’re built through genuine service, clear communication, and a willingness to continuously improve.

When entrepreneurs combine strong financial discipline with authentic care for people, they create organizations capable of lasting success.

Vanity Stardom: You’re an author, speaker, podcast host, and entrepreneur. Which role brings you the greatest fulfillment?

Jeff J. Cunningham: Without question, public speaking.

There’s something incredibly powerful about standing in front of an audience and watching people leave with greater confidence than when they arrived.

Every time I step onto a stage, I have the opportunity to encourage someone who’s struggling, challenge someone’s perspective, or help someone believe in themselves again. That’s a responsibility I never take lightly.

Writing books allows me to reach readers. Podcasts allow me to have meaningful conversations. Consulting helps businesses grow. But speaking combines all of those passions into one experience because it’s immediate, personal, and transformational.

My upcoming book, My Dreams Keep Me Awake, has taken years to write because I wanted every chapter to genuinely inspire people. That same philosophy carries into every keynote I deliver—I don’t simply want audiences to hear information. I want them to leave motivated to take action.

If I can help someone believe that their dream is still possible, then I’ve accomplished my purpose.

Vanity Stardom: What inspired you to launch your podcasts and expand into media?

Jeff J. Cunningham: I’ve always believed that conversations have the power to change lives.

Over the years, I’ve been inspired by podcast hosts and interviewers who create spaces where people can openly share their stories, experiences, and perspectives. Those conversations often educate, challenge, and inspire audiences in ways that traditional media cannot.

When I launched The Make More Money Podcast, my goal was to learn directly from entrepreneurs who had already achieved the kind of success I was working toward. Every interview became an opportunity to grow while helping listeners do the same.

As my vision evolved, so did the topics I wanted to discuss.

Today, I’m passionate about conversations surrounding entrepreneurship, leadership, faith, family, freedom, and personal development. I want future episodes to bring together successful entrepreneurs, business leaders, creators, and influential voices who can inspire meaningful dialogue and encourage positive change.

Ultimately, my goal isn’t simply to interview successful people. It’s to create conversations that leave listeners thinking differently about what’s possible in their own lives.

Vanity Stardom: You’ve mentioned exciting plans involving television and streaming platforms. Can you tell us more about those projects?

Jeff J. Cunningham: Media has always been an important part of my long-term vision because storytelling has the power to inspire people on a massive scale.

Back in 2020, I had the opportunity to be featured in an Amazon Prime series, which introduced me to the world of television production. Since then, I’ve received opportunities to participate in various reality television concepts, but I wanted to be intentional about choosing projects that truly reflected my values and long-term mission.

Rather than simply appearing on television, I want to create content that documents a meaningful journey.

One idea I’m especially passionate about is following the process of acquiring commercial real estate, developing the first Kokomo Jay’s location, and showing audiences the realities of entrepreneurship—the victories, setbacks, and lessons that happen behind the scenes.

Entrepreneurship isn’t always glamorous, and I believe people appreciate authenticity. If these projects move forward, I want viewers to see the complete journey rather than just the finished success story.

Vanity Stardom: What topics are you most passionate about discussing on your podcast?

Jeff J. Cunningham: My interests have evolved over the years.

When I first launched The Make More Money Podcast, my focus was primarily on entrepreneurship and financial success. I wanted to learn directly from people who had already built successful businesses and share those lessons with my audience.

Today, while business remains an important topic, my conversations have become much broader.

I’m passionate about discussing faith, leadership, family, entrepreneurship, personal development, and the future of America. I enjoy having genuine conversations where people can speak openly about their experiences, beliefs, and lessons they’ve learned throughout their careers.

The podcast isn’t about creating headlines—it’s about creating meaningful dialogue.

As it continues to grow, I hope to welcome entrepreneurs, business leaders, athletes, public figures, and individuals whose stories can encourage others to pursue lives filled with purpose and integrity.

Vanity Stardom: You’ve hosted webinars, masterminds, networking events, and business workshops. What motivates you to continue creating opportunities for entrepreneurs?

Jeff J. Cunningham: I genuinely enjoy teaching.

Whenever I learn something valuable, my first instinct is to share it with someone else. I think that mindset comes from my upbringing, where learning and teaching were always encouraged.

Throughout my career, I’ve hosted webinars, mastermind groups, networking events, and private coaching sessions because I believe knowledge becomes more valuable when it’s shared.

One of my favorite experiences has always been bringing entrepreneurs together in the same room. There’s something special about watching people exchange ideas, collaborate, solve problems, and encourage one another.

Those relationships often become just as valuable as the information being taught.

As I continue growing my business, I plan to expand these experiences through larger mastermind events, educational communities, and live workshops that help entrepreneurs build both successful businesses and meaningful relationships.

Vanity Stardom: Your company is called Changing Lives Consulting. What does “changing lives” truly mean to you?

Jeff J. Cunningham: For me, changing lives begins with genuinely caring about people.

Business has never simply been about generating revenue. It’s about helping someone believe in themselves again, giving entrepreneurs clarity during uncertain moments, and encouraging people to pursue opportunities they may have been afraid to chase.

As my faith has grown stronger, my understanding of changing lives has grown as well.

I’ve come to believe that lasting transformation goes beyond business success. Financial achievement is important, but peace, purpose, character, and faith create a much deeper impact.

Every conversation I have, every keynote I deliver, every coaching session, and every piece of content I create is intended to leave someone feeling encouraged.

If someone walks away believing they can accomplish something they previously thought was impossible, then I’ve fulfilled my mission.

Vanity Stardom: Can you share a client success story that has had a lasting impact on you?

Jeff J. Cunningham: One story that has always stayed with me involves a young man I met years ago while working in Connecticut.

At the time, he was struggling personally and making choices that concerned many of the people around him. Having experienced the loss of my own brother, I understood how important it was for someone to step in before it was too late.

Rather than judging him, I chose to encourage him.

We spent time talking about his goals, his future, and the kind of life he truly wanted to build. I introduced him to new ways of thinking about business, personal growth, and financial independence, while encouraging him to continue investing in himself.

Over time, I watched him completely transform his life. He addressed his personal struggles, pursued education, built a business, and became someone who inspired others through his own journey.

Moments like that remind me why I started coaching in the first place.

Revenue, contracts, and recognition are rewarding, but watching someone completely change the direction of their life will always be the greatest success any coach can experience.
Vanity Stardom: What advice would you give to entrepreneurs who are just beginning their journey?

Jeff J. Cunningham: My biggest piece of advice is simple—focus on serving people before trying to sell them something.

Too many entrepreneurs spend their energy chasing customers instead of understanding them. The businesses that stand the test of time are built on trust, relationships, and consistently delivering value.

Every client wants to feel heard. They want to know that you understand their challenges and genuinely care about helping them succeed. When you lead with service instead of sales, opportunities naturally begin to follow.

I’d also encourage entrepreneurs to remain curious. Keep learning, ask questions, seek mentors, and never believe you’ve figured everything out. Every successful entrepreneur I know is still learning every single day.

Most importantly, don’t compare your beginning to someone else’s finish. Stay committed to your own journey, remain patient, and trust that consistency always produces results over time.

Vanity Stardom: What are your goals over the next five years?

Jeff J. Cunningham: It’s interesting because several years ago I wrote down goals that seemed almost impossible at the time. I envisioned myself living in Miami, coaching entrepreneurs, speaking professionally, hosting podcasts, and working toward building Kokomo Jay’s.

Today, many of those goals have become reality.

Looking ahead, I want to continue expanding that vision. One of my biggest aspirations is investing in commercial real estate and eventually developing the first Kokomo Jay’s location as part of a larger community-focused destination.

I also plan to continue growing Changing Lives Consulting, expand my educational programs, host larger mastermind events, and build a thriving entrepreneurial community where people can learn, collaborate, and support one another.

Media will also play an important role. I’m excited about growing my podcast, producing larger content projects, and continuing to use storytelling as a way to inspire people around the world.

Ultimately, every goal points back to one mission—helping more people discover what’s possible when they combine faith, purpose, and consistent action.

Vanity Stardom: What can readers expect next from Jeff J. Cunningham?

Jeff J. Cunningham: The next chapter is one I’m incredibly excited about.

The biggest project is the release of my upcoming book, My Dreams Keep Me Awake, which represents more than five years of writing, reflection, and personal growth. It’s a deeply personal book that shares the lessons I’ve learned through entrepreneurship, faith, leadership, setbacks, and perseverance.

Alongside the book, readers can expect a newly expanded podcast featuring conversations with entrepreneurs, business leaders, and influential voices from a variety of industries.

I’m also continuing to create educational content through YouTube, consulting programs, and live events designed to help entrepreneurs build stronger businesses while developing themselves as leaders.

For me, this isn’t about launching individual projects—it’s about building a platform that continues inspiring people long into the future.

Vanity Stardom: Are there any upcoming partnerships or initiatives you’d like our readers to know about?

Jeff J. Cunningham: Absolutely.

In addition to launching My Dreams Keep Me Awake, we’re continuing to expand our consulting services while introducing new educational resources designed to make entrepreneurship more accessible.

I’m excited about strengthening partnerships that help businesses grow through better systems, technology, marketing strategies, and leadership development.

We’re also developing new digital products, workshops, and coaching opportunities that will allow entrepreneurs at different stages of their journey to receive practical guidance without needing massive budgets.

The goal has always been to remove barriers and make high-quality business education available to more people. That’s something we’ll continue focusing on moving forward.

Vanity Stardom: What is one lesson life has taught you that everyone should learn?

Jeff J. Cunningham: Choose your perspective carefully.

Life will always present challenges, disappointments, and unexpected setbacks. Those experiences are unavoidable. What we can control is how we respond to them.

I’ve learned that negativity rarely produces solutions. It drains energy, limits creativity, and prevents people from seeing opportunities that may already exist in front of them.

Instead, I’ve chosen to focus on gratitude, optimism, and believing that people genuinely care. That mindset has changed both my personal life and my business.

The stories we tell ourselves eventually become the reality we experience. If you believe there’s hope, you’ll begin noticing opportunities. If you believe everything is working against you, that’s all you’ll see.

Choosing a positive perspective doesn’t ignore reality—it simply gives you the strength to improve it.

Vanity Stardom: How do you personally define success?

Jeff J. Cunningham: Success has evolved significantly for me over the years.

Early in my career, I probably measured success by financial milestones or business achievements. While those things certainly matter, they no longer define success on their own.

Today, I believe success is living in alignment with your purpose while making a positive impact on others.

There have been moments when people questioned my choices or judged my journey because it didn’t fit their definition of success. Experiences like those taught me something important—you can’t allow other people to define your destination.

For me, success means waking up each day knowing that I’m pursuing meaningful work, serving people well, remaining true to my values, and continuing to grow.

If my work encourages someone to believe in themselves, strengthens a business, or inspires someone to take action, then I consider that a successful day.

Vanity Stardom: Finally, what legacy do you hope to leave behind?

Jeff J. Cunningham: If someone were to describe my life decades from now, I hope they wouldn’t begin by talking about businesses, revenue, or accomplishments.

I hope they would say that I genuinely cared about people.

Everything I’ve built—from Changing Lives Consulting to my books, podcasts, speaking engagements, and future ventures—has been centered around one simple belief: Inspire Others Always.

That’s the legacy I want to leave.

I want people to remember someone who encouraged them to dream bigger, helped them overcome obstacles, believed in them during difficult seasons, and inspired them to become the best version of themselves.

Businesses may evolve, industries may change, and achievements may eventually be forgotten.

But the impact you leave on another person’s life can last forever.

If my work continues inspiring people long after I’m gone, then I’ll know I lived a life that truly mattered.

Closing Remarks

Jeff J. Cunningham’s journey is a testament to the power of resilience, purpose, and unwavering faith. From a young entrepreneur running a lemonade stand in Connecticut to becoming a sought-after consultant, speaker, author, and founder of Changing Lives Consulting, his story reflects a lifelong commitment to serving others and helping them unlock their potential.

Whether through entrepreneurship, coaching, media, or his vision for Kokomo Jay’s, Jeff continues to build more than businesses—he is building communities rooted in hope, leadership, and meaningful impact. As he prepares for the next chapter with the release of My Dreams Keep Me Awake and an expanding portfolio of ventures, one message remains at the heart of everything he does: your circumstances do not define your future, but your willingness to keep moving forward certainly can.
