Digital Terms of Sale

These Digital Terms of Sale apply when you purchase any paid service from Vanity Stardom Networks Private Limited (“Vanity Stardom”, “we”), including partner features, editorial processing, promotional placements and related digital services (each a “Service”). They form part of our Terms of Service. Where you have a separate signed agreement with us, that agreement prevails if it conflicts with these terms.

1. Orders and acceptance

A Service is confirmed only when we accept your order in writing (including by email) and receive payment. We may decline any order at our discretion, including where a story does not meet our editorial standards.

2. Editorial independence

Payment does not buy editorial control. Vanity Stardom retains final say over headlines, text, images, placement and timing, and may edit material for accuracy, clarity, legal compliance and style. Paid or partner content may be labelled as such, and outbound links in it may be marked as sponsored, in line with search engine guidelines and applicable advertising rules.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that all information, claims, images and materials you provide are accurate, lawful and that you hold the rights to them, and you are responsible for any claims arising from them.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are quoted in writing before purchase and are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Delivery

We aim to publish within the timeline agreed in writing. Timelines may change because of editorial review, verification, or delays in receiving materials or approvals from you.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel before editorial work begins for a full refund. Once writing or review has started, fees are non-refundable except where we are unable to deliver the Service for reasons within our control. If we decline to publish after accepting an order, we will refund the amount paid for the undelivered Service.

7. Duration and removal

Published content remains part of our archive unless otherwise agreed. We may update, correct or remove content that is found to be inaccurate, unlawful or in breach of these terms, without refund where the breach is caused by materials you supplied.

8. Liability

We do not guarantee any particular traffic, search ranking, audience reach or business outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any Service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
