Terms of Service

Welcome to Vanity Stardom. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Vanity Stardom Networks Private Limited (“Vanity Stardom”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of vanitystardom.com, its pages, newsletters, social channels and any related services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Statement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Services or to submit information to us.

2. Our content and your licence to use it

All articles, photographs, graphics, logos, page designs and other material on the Services (“Content”) are owned by or licensed to Vanity Stardom Networks Private Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may share links to our articles and quote brief excerpts with clear attribution to Vanity Stardom and a link to the original article. You may not, without our prior written permission, copy, reproduce, republish, frame, sell, license, distribute, or create derivative works from the Content, or use automated means (including bots, scrapers or crawlers) to collect it, including for training or improving any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence system, other than search engines and AI services that follow the rules in our robots.txt file.

3. Trademarks

“Vanity Stardom”, the Vanity Stardom logo and related names and designs are trademarks of Vanity Stardom Networks Private Limited. You may not use them without our written permission. Other names and marks that appear on the Services belong to their respective owners.

4. Editorial content and no professional advice

Content is published for general information in good faith, based on information available at the time of editorial review. It is not legal, medical, financial, investment, tax or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Some stories are contributed, collaborative or partner features and are labelled where applicable. See our Disclaimer.

5. Submissions and communications

If you send us any material, including story ideas, interviews, text, photographs or feedback (“Submissions”), you confirm that you own it or have all rights needed to share it, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights. You grant Vanity Stardom Networks Private Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, edit, adapt, publish, translate and promote your Submissions in connection with the Services. Sending a Submission does not guarantee publication, and we may edit or decline any Submission at our discretion.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Services; upload malicious code; impersonate any person; harass, defame or threaten anyone; or scrape, mine or systematically download the Services except as allowed in section 2.

7. Third-party links and embedded content

The Services contain links to other websites and content embedded from platforms such as Instagram, X and YouTube. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, services or privacy practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Paid and partner services

Any paid editorial, partner or promotional services are governed by our Digital Terms of Sale and any separate written agreement.

9. Corrections, complaints and takedown requests

If you believe Content is inaccurate or infringes your rights, write to legal@vanitystardom.com with the article link, the specific statement or material concerned, and supporting details. We review every request promptly and in good faith.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services and Content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanity Stardom Networks Private Limited, its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services or reliance on any Content.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vanity Stardom Networks Private Limited from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your Submissions.

13. Suspension and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date shows the latest version, and continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.
