Sharmin graduated from Visvesvaraya Technological University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication. She has held positions as a Senior Business Analyst at Mu Sigma and Founder at Art-Right-Is Productions. Her encounters with both helped her realize that businesses of all sizes struggled with effective communication and lacked an emotional component.

Instead of using data analysis to their benefit, companies base their marketing decisions on the way they believe they should communicate. She believed that Instoried would have a solid product-market fit in the writing industry at this point. Instoried uses an AI-powered, data-driven method that is scalable and repeatable to assist huge businesses in making their marketing and communications content more human.
