It is divided into three sections: Creativity, Innovation, and Strategy. Individual employees, entrepreneurs, startups, and huge corporations are all under consideration. The approach is scientific and largely reliant on proven tools, techniques, approaches, and frameworks.
The consultancy firm Inflexion Point’s goal is to scientifically aid you in taking a leap. The crucial word here is scientific,’ because most organizations, regardless of size, fail due to an overt reliance on common sense, and hence there is a pressing need to include science into business practices.
Pavan was the lone Indian on the renowned FT & McKinsey Bracken Bower Award for the Best Business Book of the Year 2016 shortlist. He’s also been invited to talk at TEDx five times. He was also awarded the CII Mumbai’s Lakshya ‘On-the-Job Achiever Award’ in 2007 for his efforts on innovation.
