Anjali Pathak is the driving force behind Flavour Diaries which is an interactive gourmet venue in the heart of Bandra, Mumbai, allowing for hands-on culinary lessons to explore, learn, and indulge in European, Asian, Mediterranean, and American cuisines..

Growing up as the next generation of a family business that brought Indian cuisine into homes all over the world, Anjali Pathak has food in her blood.

Anjali, on the other hand, chose to take the food business to the next level and went on a quest that was very different from what her family had done decades before. Flavor Diaries was founded in Mumbai by her to infuse and expose international flavors to India.

Anjali attended the famed Leiths School of Food & Wine in London after earning a business degree and working in the family business to learn the ropes. She went on to earn a diploma in Diet & Nutrition and a distinction from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET). As a cookery champion for Jamie Oliver in London, she demonstrated her abilities to tens of thousands of people.

Anjali’s first cookbook, Secrets from My Indian Family Kitchen, was released in 2007, and her most recent, Secrets from My Indian Family Kitchen, was released in 2015.

Anjali founded Flavour Diaries, an interactive gastronomic place in Bandra, Mumbai, in November 2015. Hands-on cooking workshops to explore, learn, and enjoy European, Asian, Mediterranean, and American cuisines are available in the big setting.

Anjali ensures guests enjoy her fun and adventurous cooking style by emphasizing the use of fresh ingredients and finding local food. She provides step-by-step assistance, sharing tips from her years of varied experience and ensuring guests enjoy her fun and adventurous cooking style.

The venue’s open kitchen, one of Mumbai’s few, features 16 hands-on stations where culinary masterpieces are made. Anjali will accompany participants through a food adventure from concept to creation, treating the cooking studio as their personal kitchenette. Outside, the foodie foyer has plenty of space to meet up with other foodies for a pre-class cup of coffee while perusing a large cookbook library. Guests can also unwind and enjoy their culinary creations in the sunlit dining room.
