Pinky Cole – Humanitarian and Slutty Vegan owner

Pinky Cole is an entrepreneur, vegan restaurant owner, community leader and a positive power within the plant-based space. Cole is the founder of Slutty Vegan, a plant-based burger joint in Atlanta. She is additionally a humanitarian, dispensing support through The Pinky Cole Foundation to people that need it most.

She founded Slutty Vegan as a food delivery business in 2018, offering diners an indulgent combat vegan food. The business evolved into a food truck, and in January 2019, Cole opened her first brick-and-mortar restaurant. The Westview establishment quickly became known for enormous crowds and celebrity sightings.

Through her non-profit, The Pinky Cole Foundation, Cole paid the rent of local Atlanta businesses at risk of closing during the pandemic. But Cole, a Black female entrepreneur, also decided to use her platform to form a difference after the summer of 2020, following the police shootings of unarmed Black men and ladies. Cole also joined forces with Impossible Foods, the food tech famous for its plant-based burgers, to donate thousands of these foods to essential workers including the Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation and the Atlanta local department last year.

Slutty Vegan provides an inclusive space and plant-based experience for everybody , not just vegans. In hopes to invigorate new plant-based community members and truly get people excited about eating vegan, Pinky has thoughtfully crafted a novel and fun experience for patrons in the least of her restaurant locations.

She recently made it to Forbes ‘Women Of the next 1,000’ List.
