Sreevathsa is a serial entrepreneur who has worked in the fields of customer experience, technology, and management for more than 20 years. In 2009, he started a completely self-funded company called The Service Solutions to deliver his brand of technology-driven customer service, which was ultimately acquired by German conglomerate B2X in 2014.
After that in 2015, he launched his second ambitious startup, Servify, which has grown to become India’s largest device management and proactive ownership platform in less than four years. Servify began as an App-based customer support service channel for consumer electronics, but has since evolved into an end-to-end device management platform that allows top OEMs and ODMs to offer warranty services to their consumers while also smoothly managing post-sales services.
