Meet Gaurav Wasan – Man who made Baba Ka Dhaba viral everywhere

A few days ago, a video went viral on every social media which shows an old age couple from New Delhi talking about their struggling life and how they are not able to run their Baba Ka Dhaba in a full-fledged way. This video reached everyone and by the next day, the poor couple got immense support in terms of money and popularity. The man behind the camera in that video was Gaurav Wasan, a Delhi based food blogger. He provided all that was needed for the Baba Ka Dhaba old age couple and helped them to live a satisfied and well to do life.

Gaurav Wasan is a travel and food blogger with over more than 209K followers on Instagram and also has a YouTube channel named as Swadofficial with more than 200K subscribers over there. He makes videos all around Delhi and also travels to other places to show food trends everywhere. His social video accounts are full pics of delicious meals and street foods all over Delhi which surely get your mouth watered.

Baba Ka Dhaba was not the first time he shared a video about small food vendors that are not able to earn enough for their livelihood despite cooking delicious dishes. He also shares pictures of the menu cards and address and timing when you can visit every food vendor on his Instagram account and on YouTube.

Earlier in this pandemic, he shared a post on his Instagram account of a Shikanji seller named Pappi Lehri. With the pic and all the details of that food vendor, he wrote that “His face says it all. 42 years in the business doing the same thing but the best is he lives what he does and when you ever get a chance to visit him you will love it because of the way he serves you.”

The feeling that he shows behind these words shows that how he does this thing by heart, not just for popularity and likes on his posts. He proves that social video has that social media has a positive side also and it can make a person Hero from Zero.
