Supreme’ decision on Riya’s application tomorrow, demand to transfer case to Mumbai

Shyam Divan said that FIR was registered in Patna, while there was no incident there. An FIR was lodged with a delay of 38 days. Riya will not get justice if the case is not transferred from Patna to Mumbai.
What did the Bihar government say
The Bihar government said in the Supreme Court that the Mumbai Police never filed an FIR in the Sushant case. If you call someone for investigation in a case, it is essential to have an FIR, but the Mumbai Police has consistently delayed this case. They may have been under some kind of government pressure. There was no cooperation with us. At the same time, it was alleged by the Maharashtra government that elections are going to be held in Bihar, so the matter is being politicized.
