The Adorable & the Fun-loving lady of Bollywood “Kriti Kharbanda” has told that taking care of your mental health is not considered as being selfish. In reality, it’s a very good thing that one is concerned about their mental health too. The actor revealed that how the people are getting mentally sick by sitting at their homes during this lockdown period as the Pandemic is on Peak. The actress told that one should always seek help if he/ she is in trouble.

What does the actress think?

  • The actress is not one of them who just holds back when its talking about the mental health. Especially during this current situation when everyone is going through bad mental phase.
  • Kriti has clearly spoked that in her past she had gone through a certain kind of ordeal in her life where she felt that a therapy would help her.
  • The actor spoked about a bitter truth which is the domestic violence done in homes by the men on the women.
  • The actress told this too that this is the main factor behind the ill mental health of women now a day as they are tortured by the men.

The actor talked a lot about Domestic Violence as she said “It’s happening as we speak. The key to deal with that is to accept you can have an issue. A lot of people don’t even accept it”.

  • She said she wasn’t happy mentally & she used to feel a little depressed in her earlier days.
  • She realized this thing when her friends spoked to her and that was the first initiative taken by her that she should take care of herself.
  • Kriti said that when we take care of ourselves, it’s termed as “selfish”. It is not selfish at all, taking care of yourself and wanting to be a good and happy mind as well as physically. It’s being normal, but it’s called selfish because people are not used to putting themselves first.
