China, Russia Pledge Strategic Partnership in High-Level Talks
Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin held a strategic video conference today, underscoring plans to deepen bilateral cooperation amid shifting global geopolitical dynamics.
In their first official conversation of the year, the two leaders reaffirmed the strength of China–Russia relations and discussed plans for a “comprehensive strategic partnership” including economic, security and diplomatic coordination.
