Priyanka Salot is the Co-founder of The Sleep Company. Leading provider of premium comfort innovation is The Sleep Company, which is owned by Comfort Grid Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Priyanka has been the driving force behind The Sleep Company’s focus on providing research-based innovation in sleep and comfort goods, and she has more than ten years of expertise in the field of consumer durables. It is a high-end mattress and accessory brand that both makes and sells mattresses online.

The patent for the groundbreaking comfort product, the SmartGRID mattress, is currently held by The Sleep Company. Later, she collaborated with Dr. Tripathi, a former DRDO employee, to create the patented SmartGRID mattress, which is built from an incredibly elastic smart polymer.

Priyanka is a first-generation businesswoman who attended IIM-Calcutta and graduated in the top 5% of her class. She joined JP Morgan for a short time as an analyst just after receiving her MBA. After that, she relocated to Frost & Sullivan, where she spent a year working as a healthcare consultant, offering strategic ideas to leading healthcare businesses on how to enter the ASEAN market.

She also successfully spearheaded a Pampers campaign against Mamy Poko trousers throughout Asia. She also found her interest in working in the consumer durables sector at P&G. The Sleep Company, an online bed retailer, has received 177 crore in funding from Premji Invest and Fireside Ventures. The most recent round also included participation from Alteria Capital and Venture Debt Fund.
