Yeh Rishta fame Shivangi Joshi is happy to return to the set, said – Every challenge is acceptable
After such a long break, Shivangi Joshi aka Naira is seen in a double role in the new episode of the show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. The show features Naira as her own twin sister Tina. At the time of Corona virus, Shivangi has shared his experience of shooting like this.
Shivangi told that to complete her work, she will take any kind of challenge. The actress said- ‘This is the first time I am playing double role and I am also enjoying it. This experience was very exciting, playing two characters who are completely opposite each other, it requires composition and a clear mind set. Shivangi also said that it is not easy to play double role in this pandemic situation. They are happy with the kind of response they are getting.
Further Shivangi said- ‘I started shooting after three and a half months and gave my first shot as Naira not Bulki Tina. The situation was difficult. There was a kind of fear in each of us. It was very difficult for me too, but I am happy that its result was good and people are liking both the characters’.
On meeting his co-stars again, Shivangi said- ‘Fantastic will be the right word. This was the longest time I was away from the camera. So right now I am enjoying my every moment. When I met my co-stars, we had many things to share and discus. Wanted to give each other a hug but could not do it. Apart from this, shooting with limited people was being done in a safe environment. So we had to welcome each other by adjusting with the new rules.
The actress also talked about the show’s producer Rajan Shahi. She says- ‘Rajan Shahi is one of the most brilliant people in the industry, who knows the work and who knows what the audience wants. They understand people and their hard work. It feels good to join them.
Shivangi Joshi was in hometown in lockdown
Significantly, Shivangi Joshi was in his hometown Dehradun during the lockdown. She has recently come to Mumbai. On coming back to Mumbai, he says – ‘Now things are very different and scary. I just go to the set, shoot and come back home. Following social distancing and other security rules. Hopefully, things will remain safe in Mumbai till everything goes well ‘.
