Let me tell you that a case was registered against Ekta Kapoor in Indore and Madhya Pradesh last week. He was accused of spreading obscenity through a web series broadcast, hurting religious sentiments and insulting national symbols. The controversy was caused by a scene in the show in which the Indian Army uniform was shown in an objectionable manner.
In his latest statement, Ekta said – ‘Despite the police rejecting the FIR, our team has removed that content from the show so that nobody’s feelings get hurt. Taking full responsibility of the situation, I believe that the objectionable scene shown in the show was a mistake on our part. We are saying this despite the fact that we did not produce the March episode.

‘If I had seen that scene before, I would have removed it, holder of Alt Balaji’s 30 percent share. As soon as it was brought in our notes, we immediately took action. Ekta praised the army and said that they not only protect us by staying ahead but are the most disciplined and respected organization in the country. He finally said- ‘I once again apologize sincerely and unconditionally to the army and their wives’.
