Anushka said that the kind of role that Bulbul plays in the film, she has also played such characters before. The actress said- ‘I have previously played such characters in the film Pari and Phillauri, so I did not want to play the character. Before making Bulbul, I thought first let us produce later, I will think whether I will work in it or not. After that it will be seen whose casting fits in it. This is the reason why Anushka did not think it right to work in it.
