Vivek Tiwari and His Medikabazaar is working for the betterment of the Covid-19 situation in India
Vivek Tiwari is the founder of Medikabazaar, a platform for medical and healthcare needs that includes everything from large multispecialty hospitals to clinics and daycare centers, as well as ensuring that all these medical supplies reach Tier II, III, and IV cities all over India.
He has more than 14 years of experience managing all India operations, as well as driving sales, revenue, and growth for healthcare companies. He’s held positions at the Zonal, Regional, and National levels. He has experience in a variety of industries, including telecom, healthcare, DTH, and FMCG, with a focus on consumer services.
The glaring deficiencies in India’s healthcare sector were highlighted at COVID-19, resulting in a surge in demand for medical equipment such as ventilators, oxygen concentrators, vaccines, and supplies such as PPE kits, masks, and sanitizers.
To close this gap, Vivek founded Medikabazaar, a healthcare business that has been working around the clock to close the demand-supply gap for medical equipment across India.
India has a good likelihood of being hit by the third wave. It will almost certainly affect the unvaccinated population. They must get to this sensitive area and be prepared. As a result, Medikabaazar is assisting COVID-19 ICUs, particularly pediatric ICUs, in obtaining appropriate oxygen concentrators and cylinders, as well as pharmaceuticals.
In 2019, his company, Medikabazaar, won the Global Logistics Excellence Award for Best Last-Mile Delivery. In 2018, he was honored with the National Icon Award. In 2017, Medikabazaar was named Healthcare IT Company of the Year. In 2017, Vivek was awarded the BW Young Entrepreneur Award. In 2018, ASSOCHAM Medtech awarded his company the Best Med-Tech E-Tailing Solutions award. In 2016, he was awarded the IBM Smart camp.
