Jumbotail faces competition from other startups like Peel-Works, Shopkirana, Gram Factory, and industry giants such as Reliance Industries, Metro AG, Walmart, and Amazon. In response, Jumbotail innovates by introducing the retail operating system called Goldeneye. This system integrates with third-party point-of-sale (POS) systems and offers a comprehensive solution for store owners. It enables inventory tracking, real-time pricing information, procurement portal integration, and efficient management of deliveries and payments.

Looking ahead, Jumbotail aims to fortify its position by expanding its retail operating system to empower more neighborhood stores. The company envisions upgrading these stores to modern convenience stores, fully supported by Jumbotail.
