The Proud Founder Of MoEngage, Raviteja Dodda
Raviteja Dodda is the CEO and founder of MoEngage, a multichannel consumer interaction technology pioneer. It’s a customer interaction platform based on insights for customer-focused marketers and product owners.
Ravi is a graduate of India’s IIT-Kharagpur. He has more than ten years of experience managing profitable products and leading worldwide teams. Ravi co-founded and built DelightCircle, a local mobile app, prior to MoEngage. Ravi experienced firsthand the difficulties in retaining customers on mobile apps and the necessity for a mobile-first customer engagement platform at DelightCircle, which sparked the idea for MoEngage.
Consumers in today’s world are unique. They expect brands to keep up with them when they switch between devices, locations, and channels. Consumers have grown to expect individualised experiences across all physical and digital touchpoints in a world that is becoming increasingly digital-first. MoEngage’s mission is to support digital engagement and growth for user-centric brands across e-commerce, retail, travel and hospitality, banking and financial services, media and entertainment, telecom and food delivery, and mobility verticals as the world’s most trusted customer engagement platform.
The startup assists someone in delighting their customers and keeping them for a longer period of time. Customers’ activity may be analysed with MoEngage, and they can be engaged with personalised communication across the web, mobile, and email. MoEngage is a full-stack solution that combines customer data, AI-powered customer journey orchestration, and personalisation into a single dashboard.
Ravi chose to launch MoEngage because he wanted to make a change in how companies interact with their customers. His company now has offices in nine countries, with over 1,000 customers using its insights-driven customer engagement platform. Battery Ventures called them the best private cloud computing firm to work for amid the Covid crisis, and industry analysts like Gartner and Forrester praised them for their ingenuity. Ravi was named on the BW Disrupt 40 Under 40 and Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia lists.
