Sonica Aron is the founder of Marching Sheep, an HR consultancy services organization that works with clients such as JCB India, Clifford Chance, and Phillips, among others, to ensure diversity and inclusion. Diversity and inclusion, employee emotional health and wellbeing, bespoke learning interventions, and policy and process streamlining are among the firm’s specialties.
She is a qualified coach and a certified administrator for psychometric instruments and is a graduate of XLRI Jamshedpur. She has extensive experience in process design and implementation across businesses and industries, as well as people, structure, and process integration following mergers and spinoffs, and driving people and HR effectiveness metrics with direct business impact. Sonica brings a solid grasp of the role good people management can play in achieving business results, having worked as a strategic business partner and HR leader with organizations such as PepsiCo, Roche Diagnostics, Vodafone, ICI Paints, and Philips. In recent years, she has served as a valued HR counsel to various firms and a coach to several CEOs.
