Tanuvee Agarwal, A Passionate Chef and The Founder Of Atticus
Tanuvee Agarwal is the founder of Atticus, a customized luxury catering firm that offers avant-garde catering services in South Delhi, Central Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon. It specializes in gourmet fine dining and in-kitchen dining experiences.
Tanuvee, who was five years old when she was first introduced to cooking by her grandmother, knew she wanted to pursue a career in the culinary arts. In the year 2021, Tanuvee, now 24, is a chef and a Food & Beverage (F&B) entrepreneur in India’s male-dominated fine dining scene.
Tanuvee chose to enroll at a prestigious culinary institute, which allowed her to pursue her passion while also earning a business administration degree. She gained transferrable and transformational skills that enabled her to open up a variety of prospective professional opportunities in the culinary and international business fields. She also had the chance to network with major global hospitality leaders and, as a result, forge solid ties inside the sector. She is the best of the crop, having studied culinary skills in Switzerland, where she first encountered Michelin-starred eating. It led to her employment at Atelier Crenn in San Francisco and Gina in Switzerland, among other renowned restaurants throughout the world.
Tanuvee, a risk-taker by nature, was compelled to pursue an entrepreneurial path, driving her to create Attticus at the age of 23. Atticus blends many cuisines to produce a one-of-a-kind, nuanced, and story-like dish full of intricacies and flavors.
Atticus claims to have grown in numerous categories, including customer base and revenue, over the last two years. Tanuvee’s company has reduced food waste to less than 18 percent each month and is implementing additional environmentally friendly methods such as composting, permaculture, and water recycling. Tanuvee has cooperated with producers and suppliers of biodegradable packaging to reduce plastic consumption in order to implement sustainable business practices.
