Andrew Sieja is the founder of Relativity, a software company that helps people organise data, find the truth, and act on it. During litigation and internal investigations, its SaaS platform RelativityOne organises vast volumes of data and swiftly identifies critical concerns.
Andrew is a technologist at heart, and he has always been passionate about creating excellent information management tools. Andrew is a computer programmer by trade, and previous to founding Relativity, he worked as a technologist for a number of multinational corporations and consulting businesses.
In Chicago, he created kCura, a small software consultancy. Relativity is the name of the e-discovery platform he and his team developed to assist law firms, corporations, and government agencies in organising data, discovering the truth, and acting on it.
The Relativity community, which is backed by the services and skills of more than 120 Relativity partners, is critical to the platform’s success. Andrew also developed Relativity Gives, Relativity’s community outreach programme focused on encouraging STEM education among at-risk student populations, with the help of his team. Relativity Trace, an AI-powered communication surveillance technology, detects regulatory wrongdoing such as insider trading, collusion, and other non-compliant activities in real time.
