Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput hanged himself on June 14. Sushant’s death shook everyone inside. Everyone is posting for them on social media. Now Abhinav Kashyap, director of the film Dabangg, has written a long post on social media. In which he told that Salman Khan and Family bullied him. Damaged his films.

Abhinav wrote- ‘My experience is no different. I myself am a victim of exploitation and bullying … This is my story after ten years of making domineering. Ten years ago, I withdrew from Dabangg Part 2 because Arbaaz Khan had tied up with Sohail Khan and wanted to control my career through the whole family bulling. Arbaaz Khan conspired in my second project which was with Mr. Ashtaviniak Films. Signed personally with Mr. Raj Mehta. He was threatened with dire consequences for making a film with me.

‘I had to return the signing amount to Shree Ashtavinayak Films and went to Viacom Pictures. He did the same thing again. This time the only losers were Sohail Khan and he scared the then Viacom CEO Vikram Malhotra. My projects were scrapped and I had to refund the signing amount of 7 crores, with 90 lakh interest. Only then did Reliance Entertainment save me and formed a permanent partnership for the film Besharam.

My appeal to the Government to launch a detailed investigation. Rest in peace Sushant Singh Rajput… Om Shanti.. But…

‘But … Mr. Salman Khan and the family damaged the film’s release. Before release, a negative campaign was run against me and my film Besharam. This scared the distributor to buy my film. He was able and courageous to release the film himself, Reliance Entertainment and I, but the fight had just begun. My enemies, who were many, constantly campaigned negative trolling against the film. Till the box office release of my film was not done. But to his fear, Besharam had earned Rs 58 crore even before he left theaters.

Further Abhinav wrote- ‘He damaged the satellite release of the film, which was already sold to Mr. Jayanti Lal Gada. Mr. Jayanti Lal Gada was the chief aggregator of Zee Telefilms at that time. With Reliance’s Goodwill, they were able to renegotiate the sale of satellite release rights with a very low price.

I was threatened with murder, family was raped

Abhinav wrote- ‘In the next few years, all my projects and creative efforts were harmed. And I was threatened with death. And female members of my house have been threatened with rape. The constant bullying caused great harm to my mental health and my family. And finally in 2017 the matter reached divorce.

‘In 2017, I went to the police to register an FIR, but they refused to file a complaint, but they filed a non-cognizable complaint. When the threats started coming constantly, I forced the police to trace the numbers, but they could not trace Sohail Khan (suspected dispatcher). My complaint is open till date and I still have all the evidence.

‘My enemies are sharp, clever and always attack me from behind and hide. But the best thing is that I know who my enemies are. Let me tell you that these are Salim Khan, Salman Khan, Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan. There are many more, but the Salman Khan family is the most prominent. They use their money, political clout and relationships with the underworld to intimidate someone. Unfortunately the truth is on me and I am not going to give up like Sushant Singh Rajput. I refuse to bow down and will keep fighting until I see one of them or my end. Enough tolerance. It is time to fight back.

Abhinav wrote- ‘Therefore it is not a threat, it is an open challenge. Sushant Singh Rajput has gone ahead and I hope that he is happy wherever he is, but I will make sure that someone else innocent kills himself when he is not working with dignity in Bollywood. I hope the aggrieved artists and creative artists will share my posts on various social media platforms, as will those who patronize the media and entertainment industry.
