Reliance Jio has discontinued two cheap plans for JioPhone. Plans have been removed from the website. Both these plans were within 100 rupees.

Telecom company Reliance Jio has announced to discontinue its two plans. These plans are 49 and 69 rupees and both plans are prepaid. According to an ET report, the company has also removed this plan from the website.

It is worth noting that both these plans are for JioPhone users. These were short term plans with which data is also given. It is worth noting that 14 days validity was given in the plan of 69 rupees.

The 69’s plan had 7GB of data which was valid for the entire validity. Apart from this, 15 free SAMs were also given in this plan. Apart from this, there was free calling from Jio. However, 150 minutes were given in this for non-live calling.

Talking about the plan of 49 rupees, under this, users were given a validity of 14 days only. Although only 2GB of data was given in it.

With this, live phone users were also given access to live apps. These were both cheap plans and at the moment they have not been replaced with any other plans.

According to the report, now the plan for Reliance Jio phone users will start from Rs 75. Under this plan, 28 days validity and 3GB data will be given. Along with this, there will be 50 SMs and live to live free calling.

It is worth noting that the company launched plans of Rs 49 and 69 with the branding of short term plans. Now the company will have long term plans available from month to month.
