Registration of the company from July 1 was easy, only Aadhaar will be done

From July 1, registration of the company will become very easy. Actually, the government has eliminated the need to upload documents and certificates for registration of companies.

An official statement said, “A company can be registered through Aadhaar number. Other details can be given on the basis of self declaration without the need to upload or submit any paper. Thus it is correct In the sense there is a document-less measure. ” The statement said, “The process of registration can be done online through the portal. The information of the portal will be made public before July 1, 2020.”

Definition of MSME has also changed

Explain that the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) had issued a notification on 1 June 2020 for new criteria for classification of MSMEs based on investment and business. The new norms are going to be effective from July 1, 2020.

Single Window System Facility

The Ministry of MSME has also established a strong facilitation system for MSMEs as a single window system at the district level and regional level. “It will help the entrepreneurs who are not able to register enterprises registration for any reason. At the district level, the district industry centers have been made responsible for the convenience of the entrepreneurs,” the statement said.

Those who do not have a valid Aadhaar number, can contact the single Aadhaar system for this facility. Along with Aadhaar enrollment request or identification, bank photo passbook, voter ID card, passport or driving license and single window system will facilitate them to register after obtaining Aadhaar number.
