According to the information, two Sukhoi MKI aircraft were being escorted by the five Rafale fighter aircraft. The movement of vehicles around Ambala airbase was completely raked.

In view of the arrival of Rafael Aircraft at Ambala Air Force Station on July 29, DC Ashok Kumar Sharma issued orders under Section 144 of the Indian Penal Code 1973. As per the order, it was banned to take any type of photograph of the Air Force Station from places adjacent to the Air Force Station, Dhulkot, Baldev Nagar, Garnala, Panjokhara etc.

Missiles and other equipment will be added to Rafale at Ambala airbase itself

Five Rafales, covering a distance of about seven thousand kilometers from France, became part of the Indian Air Force today. After landing at Ambala airbase, the next stage is to fit missiles and other equipment into them. Many countries did not allow Rafael to come from France to Ambala with missiles, due to which the missiles were brought separately. Other equipment to fit in Rafale had already reached Ambala.

The maximum carrying capacity of Rafale is 24500 kg. Fuel capacity is 4700 kg. The maximum speed is from 2200 to 2500 km per hour and its range is 3700 km. It carries deadly MBDA MICA, MBDA Meteor, MBDA Apache, Storm Shadow SCALP missiles. It consists of Thale RBE-2 radar and Thale spectra warfare system.

In addition, it also has Optronic Secure Frontal Infra-Red Search and Track System. 2500 rounds can be fired with a 30 mm cannon. The aircraft can fly at a speed of 1900 kilometers per hour. Able to attack air to land from a range of 300 km. It is reported to be capable of flying up to 1650 kilometers with a weight of 9.3 tonnes. It also has the capability to drop heavy weapons through 14 hard points.
