  • Two officers were arrested in hit and run case
  • FIR registered against both officers

Pakistan’s Islamabad police arrested two Indian High Commission officials on Monday in the hit and run case. Later he was released under pressure from India but Pakistan made fabricated allegations against the Indian authorities under false motives. An FIR has also been lodged against both the officers. An allegation of having a fake currency has been made against an officer. The case has been closed under the Vienna Treaty, but after this incident, the dirty mentality of Pakistan has come to the fore. Both officers of India are from CISF.

According to sources, there are also reports of Indian officials being tortured. The BMW car of the Indian High Commission has also been damaged. The Pakistan Police claims that after the incident, when the officers were trying to escape, they were attacked by people nearby. Indian officers S. Paul and D. Brahmu will be medically examined.

The details of what happened to both Indian workers in Pakistan have not been revealed yet. But when the Indian High Commission could not contact the two employees who left for official work on Monday morning , then the lines of worry ran. The Indian High Commission in Islamabad and the Indian Foreign Ministry in New Delhi took up the case of both Indian personnel in front of Pakistan. Both officers are associated with CISF, so they have not got diplomatic immunity either.

After this incident, the charge of the Pakistan Mission in India, the High Commissioner in charge, Syed Hyder Shah, was summoned. India expressed its strong displeasure in front of Syed Hyder Shah. Sources say that Syed Haider Shah did not tell in front of the Indian Foreign Ministry that both the Indian personnel have been arrested in the hit and run case, as claimed by the media there. Both personnel of the Indian Mission belong to the CISF. One of them is a driver, that is, he is not a diplomat, so he has not got diplomatic immunity. But India raised the issue of both Indian Mission personnel in front of Pakistan in both Islamabad and New Delhi. The Indian High Commission in Islamabad said that this matter was placed before the Foreign Ministry of Pakistan.

The incident occurred after the evacuation of Pakistani visa personnel from India and the car chase of India’s senior diplomat Gaurav Ahluwalia in Pakistan. In such a situation, there is no denying the possibility of Pakistan’s involvement in the incident on Monday. Meanwhile, reports have come from sources that the BMW car of the Indian High Commission has also been damaged. Sources in the Pakistan Police have said that the mob beat them up. Both the Indian employees S. Paul and D. Brahmu are yet to undergo medical examination.
