Archit Gupta is the founder of Cleartax, a tax and investment platform that makes it easier for Indians to manage their money. The company creates invoice, tax, payment, and credit software that promises to save money and time for millions of businesses, supply chains, accountants, and employees.

He worked at Data Domain Inc, which was later acquired by EMC2, before founding ClearTax. He graduated from IIT Guwahati with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a master’s degree in computer science.

Cleartax has three business verticals: a consumer-facing platform that allows ITR filing online, accounting software, including GST-specific software for businesses and chartered accountants (CAs), and a business advisory service powered by a battery of in-house CAs that handles everything from company incorporation to compliance.

Clear’s software includes numerous brand-new technologies that boost protection against online fraud and criminal assaults while also protecting users from the dangers of operating on insecure Wi-Fi networks. Their data centre (AWS) is ISO 27001 certified, allowing VPC promises to be entirely secured with only authenticated access. Customers will benefit from the platform’s scalability and flexibility.

Archit’s goal with the company is to create India’s largest B2B Business Network. On a single platform, it will connect Clear’s customers with their business partners – vendors, customers, distributors, and accountants. Clear will solve use cases in procurement, invoicing, payments, and collections using this network. B2B payments and credit are essential network facilitators.
