The Ministry of AYUSH has banned Patanjali’s medicine Coronil after claiming to produce a vaccine that outperforms the corona virus and sought complete information on test samples, licenses, etc. Patanjali said in response that this medicine has not been tested on any serious patient suffering from Corona virus, it was tested on patients with less symptoms.

It is clear that Patanjali’s difficulties have increased with the claim of ‘coronil’, a 100 percent treatment for Corona. On one hand, the Rajasthan government has said to file a case against Baba Ramdev, while the Uttarakhand government has also sent a notice to Patanjali. Uttarakhand Ayurveda Department will issue a notice to ask where did the permission to launch the medicine come from?

The licensing officer of Uttarakhand Ayurveda department says that we issued a license on Patanjali’s application. There was no mention of corona virus anywhere in this application. It was said that we are taking license to increase immunity, make phlegm and fever medicine. A notice has been sent to Patanjali from the department.
