Leading the Phonics Education Sector in India with Phonics Readership, Shammi Akhtar

Shammi Akhtar is the founder and trainer at Phonics Readership, which is renowned for its high-quality instruction. Based on the MI and OG techniques, Shammi has developed her own special method of teaching synthetic phonics to young children. Her approach to teaching spelling rules stands out in the phonics industry as being too special.

With more than 6.5 years of experience in the education sector and after working for a few well-known pre-schools, she launched her own business in 2019 and founded Phonics Readership with the goal of empowering teachers and students all over the world.

With her skills and talent, Shammi teaches how to build connections between sounds and the symbols that are used to represent them.

The most crucial and important aspects of anyone’s life are reading and writing. Shammi, an educator and trainer, shares her knowledge of phonics, grammar, and handwriting with teachers, educators, parents, kids, and anyone else who wants to learn not only the subject material but also how to put it into practice to make positive changes in their lives.

They offer consultation to teachers, tutors, educators, and anybody else who wants to develop their own classes or centers. All of the courses and programmes have ISO certification.

Shammi has positively influenced the lives of more than 2500 children and taught more than 1000 instructors. The goal of Phonics Readership is to lead the phonics education sector in India by assisting all teachers in developing their students’ reading and writing abilities.

She is a member of the International Council of Graphologists and is also known as a handwriting analyst and grapho therapist.
