Sakshi Bakshi is the founder of Nucros Science and Taste, a company that provides individualized keto, low carb, vegan, and balanced meals to customers’ doorsteps.
She comes from a medical and healthcare background and has graduated from Singapore Management University with a Business Management degree. She also enjoys cooking and has completed a course at Le Cordon Bleu in London.

Sakshi realized after working with various pharmaceutical companies that a variety of health issues, particularly metabolic diseases, can be controlled by food and lifestyle changes.
Most people, however, find it difficult to stick to a diet plan over time because they become bored or crave certain flavors and foods. As a result, Sakshi decided to launch Nucros Science and Taste in Delhi-NCR in 2020, a company that helps people achieve their health goals without sacrificing taste or variety.

Sakshi’s goal with Nucros is to create a world where no one has to sacrifice flavor in order to attain their health goals. Nucor’s objective is to give complete convenience by delivering tasty and healthy meals that are nutrient- and macros-calculated on a subscription basis. Diabetes, thyroid, intestinal difficulties, PCOD, weight loss, and overall well-being are among the medical conditions addressed by the subscription plans. All of the plans are customized, certified by doctors, and then delivered. Nucros currently has roughly 100 to 150 active customers per month, with around 17000 meals delivered in the previous month.

Nucros is currently available in Delhi NCR, which encompasses Noida and Gurgaon. Expansion into other tier-1 markets, such as Mumbai and Bangalore, is in the company’s future objectives.
