1. Remind me:
What’s new on Netflix and what’s new. To know this, you can enable ‘Remind Me’. For this, you have to open your Android app and go to the ‘Coming Soon’ section, which you will see in the bottom of the screen.
Here you will see all the upcoming series and movies which are going to premiere on Netflix. Under the trailer, you will see the button ‘Remind Me’, which will be like the notification icon of YouTube. After completing this process, you will get its notification as soon as that show or movie comes on Netflix.
2. Smart Downloads:
This feature actually downloads the next episode of a series automatically and deletes the episode that you have watched. It works on Wi-Fi, so it takes care that your phone’s data is not lost. This is a good option for overall storage management.
To turn it on, go to the bottom of the bottom and tap on the download button. After that go to the top of the screen and turn on ‘Smart Downloads’.
3. Secret Codes:
The catalog of Netflix is very large. However, the interface of the app is such that it is difficult to access everything easily. Netflix has a long list of secret codes, which can be used to access hidden categories.
All you need to do is go to your browser and type www.netflix.com/browse/genre/XXXX (code). Enter the code you need here instead of XXXX.
For example, by entering 1365, you can search the action and adventure category. Similarly for Asian action movies you can put 77232. In Google search results, a complete list of your different codes will be found.
