CBI will now investigate the Sushant Singh Rajput case. On Wednesday, the Supreme Court handed down the case’s investigation to the CBI, giving a substantial verdict. After the decision, CBI officials will now go to Mumbai. Meanwhile, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has said that CBI officials coming to Mumbai for less than seven days will not need Quarantine.
This statement of BMC is crucial because recently, when Patna’s SP Vinay Tiwari arrived in Mumbai to investigate the matter, he was quarantined. After that decision of BMC, he was terrible.
According to BMC, if any CBI officer comes to Mumbai for less than seven days, then he will not need to be Quarantine. If they ask for an exemption, we will give it to them. Everyone is aware of what is circular about it. At the same time, the CBI said that the investigation related to the death of Sushant Singh Rajput is ongoing. The CBI team will go to Mumbai for examination.
SP of Patna did Quarantine
Earlier, Patna SP Vinay Tiwari, who arrived in Mumbai for investigation, was quarantined. This decision of BMC was disputed. The Mumbai and Bihar Police had come face to face about this entire matter. However, after the controversy escalated, BMC left Vinay Tiwari. However, BMC had also placed a condition for this.
On the recommendation of Patna Police, BMC decided to leave IPS officer Vinay Tiwari after Quarantine’s five days. This decision was taken after showing the return ticket. Significantly, Sushant Singh Rajput’s father, KK Singh, had filed a case against Riya Chakraborty in Patna, which IPS Vinay Tiwari was sent to Mumbai to investigate.
