Bengali actress turned into a Haryanvi Girl On screen
A Bengali girl who started her career in Bengali Film Industry and then from there made her name and fame in Indian Hindi daily Soaps industry, Megha Chakraborty was born on 3 May 1991 in Kolkata and spent her entire childhood and a bit of adulthood also in Kolkata.
She began her career with the Bengali sequel Joto Hashi Tato Ranna. Her big break in Hindi Television was Badii Devrani in 2015 which was aired on &TV. After that, she was found in TV shows like Khwaabon Ki Zamin Par and Peshwa Bajirao in which she played the role of mastani and her acting justified that role.
After that, she turned into an easily recognized name with Krishna Chali London, a Star Plus Show. Due to her role in this show, she was criticised as she was pairing with actor Gaurav who is 4 years younger than him but she didn’t focus on the age gap and shut the mouths of the critics with her awesome acting skills.
She has likewise shown up in Bengali movies making her presentation in 2014 film Action.
She additionally played the primary hero Gulaal in the film Desert Tears which depicted abuse of ladies in provincial India and was shot in the territory of Rajasthan and this movie is yet to be released. In 2018, she acted in a Hindi short film named Confessions and was appreciated for her role in that short film.
Recently she was seen in Sab Tv show Katelal and Sons. She is playing the role of a 19-year-old Haryanvi girl in this show. For this role, she learnt the Haryanvi language but it was not easy for her to acclimatize the rough Haryanvi accent as her mother tongue is sweet Bengali. But she managed to do that and is making herself perfectionist for that role.
