If you play lacrosse, you’re probably familiar with Rachel Zietz and her firm, Gladiator Lacrosse. Rachel Zietz is a lacrosse player and entrepreneur who founded Gladiator Lacrosse, which is a high-quality sports training equipment brand with a low price point.

Rachel was dissatisfied with the quality, expense, and lack of selection of current product offers when she came up with the idea for Gladiator Lacrosse. Rachel’s coaches instructed her to play “wall ball” and practice her shot as much as possible, as do other players who want to better their game. However, the goods she bought for the backyard were either of poor quality or too pricey to withstand the elements.
Rachel had the idea to start a business that would supply high-quality lacrosse equipment at a reasonable price after participating in the Young Entrepreneurs Academy Program, which was co-sponsored by Florida Atlantic University and the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. Gladiator Lacrosse was born.

Rachel’s involvement and decisions may be seen in every detail of their products. Rachel was intimately involved in every phase of the creation and manufacturing of the lacrosse rebounders and lacrosse goals, from the product concept to the raw material procurement. Her dedication to the game of lacrosse is evident in every detail, from the packing to the installation instructions.

She was nominated to the Forbes 30 Under 30 List in the Retail and eCommerce category for the 2020 class, making her the youngest honoree in that category. Time Magazine’s “Most Influential Teens of 2016,” Fortune Magazine’s “List of Entrepreneurs Under 18,” and Forbes Magazine’s “Shark Tank 7 of the Brightest and Youngest List” have all previously acknowledged her.
