Angela Majette is the founder of Just Write Legal, a contract and litigation management and substantive legal work firm for solo practitioners, small firms, and in-house legal departments.
Angela holds an accounting bachelor’s degree as well as a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal institution. The Supreme Court of Florida certified her as a County Mediator in all of Florida’s court circuits.
Angela has 20 years of experience as a business owner, entrepreneur, and builder of creative business models and entrepreneurial ecosystems in a variety of industries. Her previous experiences include serving as a clerk for Supreme Court judges in New York and Circuit Court judges in Florida, as well as law firm expertise and being a business owner in the legal profession, are among the qualifications.

Since 2002, Just Write Legal has provided legal research and writing, litigation strategy, and case analysis. Last year, the company announced that it began combining business writing, contract administration, and mediation services for small business owners and that it chose to formally expand in this area as the number of requests from business owners increased.
She is also the co-founder and president of Black Connect and is constantly collaborating with alignable corporations, small businesses, and individuals to expand the reach and impact of Black Connect and to reach the level of the economic playing field for African-American entrepreneurs and business owners on an overall level by making it easier to meaningfully connect, collaborate, and compete in the American market.
Angela is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society and participates in continuing legal education as an affiliate member of several bar associations.
