Rhea’s lawyer’s statement on SC verdict- The truth will remain the same, no matter what agency investigates

The Supreme Court accepted the action of the Bihar Police as correct and also upheld the FIR lodged against Rhea in Patna. Now the statement of Rhea’s lawyer has come out on the decision of the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court’s decision on Sushant Singh Rajput case has given a big shock to Rhea Chakraborty, Mumbai Police and Maharashtra Government. The Supreme Court has given the right to investigate the matter to the CBI. The court considered the action of the Bihar police to be correct and also upheld the FIR lodged against Rhea in Patna. Now the statement of Rhea’s lawyer Satish Manashinde has come out on the decision of the Supreme Court.

Rhea’s lawyer’s statement on Supreme Court verdict

Rhea’s lawyer said in his speech- Supreme Court after looking at all the facts, circumstances and Mumbai Police report found that only CBI investigation of the case will give justice to the actor. Because Rhea herself also advocated a CBI inquiry. The Hon’ble Supreme Court also observed that political interference is being done by both the states against each other, because of which it would be in the interest of justice to hand over the case to the CBI.

“Because the court has handed over the investigation to the CBI, Rhea will face investigation by the CBI.” As Rhea has previously collaborated with Mumbai Police and Enforcement Directorate in the investigation. Rhea says that the truth will remain the same no matter what agency investigates the issue.

Now CBI investigation will be faster

On the other hand, the CBI can tighten its grip on Rhea being considered the main accused in the Sushant Singh suicide case. After the Supreme Court’s decision comes out, now the CBI SIT team will go to Mumbai. CBI will seek case diary, statements of all witnesses and suspects, forensic and autopsy reports from Mumbai Police. The CBI can also recycle the crime scene. The CBI will record the comments of those people who were present there at the time of Sushant’s death. CBI will send a summons to Rhea , her brother, father and the rest. The CBI will then decide whether to arrest any of them.
