After graduating, Hodge entered the field of human resources—beginning as a Generalist and Trainer and steadily ascending into executive leadership roles. Over more than a decade, she advanced from Corporate HR Manager to Regional and Area HR Director, overseeing complex organizational transitions.

One particularly impactful experience involved helping convert a Crowne Plaza property into a DoubleTree by Hilton. The project reinforced a critical insight: transformation is not just operational—it is cultural. Systems may change quickly, but people determine whether change succeeds.

Her leadership later expanded into healthcare, where she guided human resources for a major oncology practice and supported one of the largest physician transitions from a hospital system into private practice. That pivotal moment crystallized her vision. The strategies she developed to build resilient, people-centered organizations deserved a broader platform.
